From the moment you enter through the Boyle Heights antique synagogue doors, you’ll notice something special about Dusty’s American Bistro. There is an instant sense of warmth and comfort about this classic bistro with a playful, personal touch. Dusty’s prides itself on its unpretentious setting and quality food, featuring  organic produce, grain-fed chicken, fresh beef and hand-selected fish daily. Sommelier Brandon Ho’s wine list is by far the best on the east side with wines by the glass changing weekly!
